We accept major credit cards, checks payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank, international money orders payable in U.S. funds, and wire transfers. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please contact us for instructions (A service fee applies on all invoices under $645 USD that are paid by wire transfer). For P.O.s, cash terms are net 10 days.

Refund Policy All requests for refund or credit must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt of the order. Requests made after the 30-day period will be granted at 90% only. Shipping and handling charges apply if you require media. The minimum shipping and delivery charge is $12.00/CD set for delivery within the United States via standard surface mail. Additional charges apply for overnight or shipping outside the U.S. Please contact us for details.

The price for O3 Control® is the cost of one "right to use" license, for one workstation. For example, purchasing 100 copies of ACS O3 Control® gives you the right to use the software on 100 workstations, whether you install it on each workstation or install it on one or more systems on a network.

ACS Worldwide support for O3 Control®

By enrolling in the ACS Worldwide Support program, you are entitled to 12 months of unlimited technical Support and 12 months of platform specific software upgrades for the Windows 98  platform products. Your first month of Support is included with your initial purchase. Commercial pricing for Support is 20% of the license fee at the time of order or 25% after the initial purchase date. Educational and Government pricing for support is 25% of the license fee at the time of order or 30% after the initial purchased date.

Support for O3 Control® for Windows 2000 and NT 4.0

ACS Worldwide Support for O3 Control for Windows 2000 and NT (12 months of unlimited technical support and product upgrades in the 2000 and  NT platform products) is included in the initial O3 Control pricing. The cost to renew Support is 30% before the initial 12 months of service expires or 35% after the Support service expiration date.
